SHIPPING

Order will be shipped out within 48 hours after the payment is confirmed. Buyer is required to provide accurate shipping information (name, address, contact, etc.), to avoid delay in shipping.

Order will be shipped out by Poslaju or Gdex by default. Please notify us for specific courier provider request. Shipping cost will be applied on buyer. 

Most shipments arrived in 1-3 business days for Peninsular Malaysia, and 2-5 business days to East Malaysia. No shipment in Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday.

Delivery is carried out by third party courier companies. It is customer responsibility to check parcel before accepting it from the courier companies. Customer is advised to reject the parcel if the packing is damaged, and contact us at the same day for replacing or refunding.

UNDELIVERED ITEM

Please contact GDEX at 03-77872222 and POSLAJU at 1-300-300-300 ASAP if you didn't receive the parcel at mentioned period, GDEX or POSLAJU will assist you to locate the parcel. Or contact us immediately.

It is customer responsibility to ensure they pick up the undelivered item at their nearest GDEX or POSLAJU office should they were not available at the delivery address. Additonal shipping and handling charges will be applied on buyer for resending undelivered parcels.

RETURN POLICY

All product sold is not refundable. 

If defect is found or wrong item is sent, kindly contact us within 48 hours.
